She presented several loan options, explained the differences between the options and how they would affect us long term for us to make an informed decision. Jennifer checked in with us regularly and kept us informed throughout the home buying process. When we received several offers on our house we were selling she even assisted in reviewing the offers and answered any questions I had on how the particular offer could affect the down-payment and loan on the new house we were purchasing.
